Notice is hereby given by the Cowichan Valley Regional District that the Board of Directors will consider 1st and 2nd reading of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 4528, applicable to Electoral Area F – Cowichan Lake South/Skutz Falls, at the regular Board meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. Persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed Bylaw may participate by electronic means or in-person.

Subject Property: 7150 Cowichan Lake Road
Legal Description: LOT 5, BLOCK 29, COWICHAN LAKE DISTRICT, PLAN 4275 (PID: 005-316-502) The purpose of proposed Bylaw No. 4528 is to amend the Electoral Area F – Cowichan Lake South/Skutz Falls Zoning Bylaw No. 2600, 2005, by:
Rezoning the subject property (outlined in black) from split-zoned R-3 – Urban Residential 3 Zone and P-1 – Parks 1 Zone to R-2 – Suburban Residential 2 Zone
