NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY ACT, that I, DAVID ANTHONY BROADWAY having reached the chronological age of 19 years on December 4th, 1997 hereby declare and assert the following in strict accordance with the Age of Majority Act:

1. I affirm that I am under no other legal disability and have attained the age of majority as stipulated under the aforementioned Act.

2. I intend to act independently in any legal action and expressly waive any requirement for a litigation guardian or any further representation in such matters.

This notice signifies a deliberate endeavour to align my legal status with the contemporary norms and evolving societal needs, thereby disavowing any residual custodianship by the law society acting on behalf of myself, my estate and my property. I hereby commit to the full exercise of the rights conferred upon me pursuant to the Age of Majority Act and I am fully committed to exercising the rights bestowed upon me under this act and my written indentures to any and all trustee managing my property.

Notice is given, pursuant to maxims of law and equity, that the following described property: LOT A SECTION 8 RANGE 9 SAHTLAM DISTRICT PLAN VIP87365, namely: commencing at a point on the section-line between Section Eight (8) and Nine (9), Sahtlam District, Vancouver Island, Province of British Columbia, from the north-westerly corner of Section Eight (8) Range Nine (9) intersecting Cowichan Lake Road at a Standard Iron Post found; thence 6.827 chains east to a Standard Iron Post set marking the beginning of the property boundary line totaling four and one fifth (4.2) acres; herein distinguished as Lot A and describing the Metes and Bounds encompassing a total of 7 Standard Iron Posts; thence S. 39° 37’ E. 1.97 chains; thence N. 90° 01’ 13” E. 4.545 chains; thence S. 32° 41’ E. 2.739 chains; thence 0.522 chains to the southern property boundary line being the Present Natural Boundary of Currie Creek; thence west following along Currie Creek to a Standard Iron Post set 3.283 chains south of Cowichan Lake Road and 5.71 chains east of the range-line between Range Eight (8) and Nine (9) of Section Eight (8); thence N. 0° 0’ 27” E. 3.283 chains; thence N. 80° 34’ E. 1.31 chains; excluding 34.6 meter square dedicated for road at the most northern edge of the property boundary line; as shown on plan prepared by Richard Derek Wright of the City of Duncan, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Victoria on the 2nd day of November 2009 (under plan number VIP87365).

I, David-Anthony: Broadway, hereby claim all right, title and beneficial interest in the property described above and all property collateral recorded with Secured Party: RN591242820CA-TRUST under Personal Property Security Agreement Base Registration Number 375731P. I, David-Anthony: Broadway, am assignee at law and a bona fide subsequent purchaser by contract of the tract of land described by the above metes and bounds contained within the original Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway Grant number 7434a, and declare it to be my private property (not subject to any foreign, domestic or municipal jurisdiction) pursuant to the supremacy of treaty law as evidenced by a clear chain of unbroken title back to the ceding, severance and relinquishment of the sovereign. I am without notice of a superior, prior, equal, equitable, or legal right, title or interest competent to suspend or confuse my equitable and or legal interest by nature or characteristic to said property.

All written objections pertaining to the ownership or superior claims of trusts and estates, or any activities encapsulated within this declaration of age of majority, should be duly submitted, no later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
