Council will consider adoption of the Town of Lake Cowichan Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw 1098-2024 which is intended to amend Council Procedure Bylaw No. 1093-2023 and which replaces Part 2, Section 6.2 and Part 8, Section 58.2 and which revises the start time for Regular and Public Hearing meetings to 5:00 pm and Part 4, Section 31.1 which amends the adjournment time.
The proposed amended Procedure Bylaw and relevant documents may be inspected at the Town Office, 39 South Shore Road, Lake Cowichan, British Columbia,Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm until February 27th, 2024.
