We very sadly announce the sudden passing of our beloved Sister, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Colleen was born in Chemainus, BC in 1939 to Charles and Lorena Sherlock. She lived her life in the Cowichan Valley always surrounded by her family and many friends. She was predeceased by her first husband, John Somogyvari, in 1965, also by her second husband, Gordon Neale, in 1983, and most recently by her partner William Goldman in 2010. She is survived by her siblings Loren Sherlock (Irene), Nora Dirom (John), Don Sherlock (Janet) and Cindy Harlow (Philip). She leaves behind her son Tony Somogyvari (Bonnie), daughters Julia Ellis (Paul), Wendy Williams (Greg), Denise Lawler (James) and Karen Neale (Paul), as well as 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. They were the Love of her Life. The family of Colleen Neale is holding a celebration of her life on Saturday, October 29, 2016, 1 - 3pm at St John’s Church Hall, 486 Jubilee St., Duncan. Arrangements entrusted to Sands Funeral Chapel, Duncan.
