Joan was born in Victoria on April 25, 1932 and passed away in Penticton on July 11, 2015. She is survived by her loving family: husband, Bob; daughter, Lisa; son, Robert; grandchildren, Patrick, Shannon, Courtney, and Nathan; sister, Frances (Joe) Stemler; and brother, Larry Hatcher.
