It is with great sadness that we said goodbye to Victor Lironi, who passed away on Feb. 20, 2017. His beloved family gathered at his bedside helping him through his last hours and paying their respects. His wife Maureen, daughter Maria, son John (Katharine); his brother and sister Peter (Suzi) and Helen (Bill), his grandchildren Alexander and Sofia, and his many, many friends, colleagues and students will remember Victor for his kindness, wit and compassion - as well as through a lifetime of funny stories. He was loved and respected by all of us who enjoy a good tale, the salt air and a dram of scotch. Lift a toast to a joyful gentleman who’s gone sailing!
