It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father on Oct 16,2019 at Cowichan District Hospital at the age of 94.
Born in Victoria, BC 1925. Roy was always active in his community. Past president Army & Navy 302 and also past president Malahat Legion 134. A tv technician by trade, he owned Whites TV in Sydney and Bernard Electronics in Duncan.
Roy is survived by daughter Donna C West and son Stephen R White, three grandchildren Traci Lint, Angela Bell, Jessie Rhinehart, three great grandchildren Gabrielle, Matias, Dominque. Roy lost his wife Alice in 2002.
