We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Vance Russell Horn, who passed away at the age of 81 on January 17, 2024, in Victoria, BC.
He is survived by his wife, Vera; his daughters, Jennifer and Jillian; his son-in-law, Jacob; and his granddaughters, Suzanna, Louisa, Skye, Eden, and Storm.
Thank you to the staff of the Beckley Farm Lodge for caring for him in his final years.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
