With so many letters, articles etc., and especially from the media, informing us of the inadequacies and faults in our police force these days, it was refreshing to talk to one of the members of staff at the Royal Bank in Mill Bay.
As some members of the public are aware, there was an unwelcome disturbance at the bank very recently. Apparently the police turned up in record time (four minutes) and behaved in a very efficient, yet polite and capable way throughout the investigation, and the staff member on duty was very impressed with the whole way they conducted themselves.
