KidSport Cowichan is holding a Kids Fun Run and Duathlon this coming Saturday in conjunction with Sunday's Shawnigan Lake Triathlon.
The run takes place at the Shawnigan Lake Community Centre at 1:30 p.m., with registration from noon to 1:15 p.m. Prizes will be handed out to the top three fundraisers, and participants can enter a draw for a week at Camp Pringle.
